Sale a success, turkey trot and more

Sale a success: A resounding “Thank You” to all the Purcellville residents that gave their time and donations to help make the 2009 Inova Loudoun Hospital Rummage Sale a great success! Despite driving rain, all went well and a not official amount (as of yet), was donated to Inova Loudoun Hospital. Internet workshop: The Town of Purcellville and Virginia Farm Bureau Insurance will be sponsoring a business FREE event on Thursday, Oct. 29 at the Carver Center. It will run from 7 to 9 p.m. Ronan Keane, Marketing Consultant and co-author of the e-book “Startup Success” , will be giving you important info and great advice on how to best utilize The Web to grow your business. Fall is here: Our beautiful autumn colors are giving us their annual show, and pumpkins and gourds are the order of the day. Keep your local farmer in mind when purchasing your “fresher” pumpkins and produce. Many of the Purcellville farms have special festivities this month and next.
