Gubernatorial candidate Creigh Deeds jokes with supporters at the Loudoun Campus of Northern Virginia Community College after a campaign stop Oct 28. Deeds addressed students and faculty at the Sterling college to discuss his plans to increase access to higher education. His plan includes the creation of more than 70,000 new degrees over the next 10 years.
