Post-election news
Check out next week's Times-Mirror's print edition to find out what the Republicans have in mind for their 2010 agenda in Virginia's General Assembly.
We've conducted interviews with Joe May, the veteran lawmaker, and Thomas “Tag” Greason, the rookie legislator -- along with several others.
We've also spoken to local Democrats about what went wrong on Election Day, as Republicans made it a clean sweep in the five local delegate races and three major statewide races.
We'll take a look at voter turnout, and how Nov. 3 compared to past elections in Loudoun.
Another “can't miss” story is Bill Mims of Sterling being named to Gov.-elect Bob McDonnell's transition team. Mims, 52, practiced law with the Leesburg firm Mims, Atwill & Leigh. He has been working as the state's deputy attorney general and attorney general since leaving the General Assembly in 2006.
Check out the Nov. 11 print edition of the Loudoun Times-Mirror.
